3.1 Scope of Services

- CRM design
- Marketing funnels
- Content generation
- Analytics and dashboards
- Paid ads and email systems
- AI agents and chatbots
3.2 AI-Generated Content
AI output is provided as a productivity tool. EMG does not guarantee originality, legal compliance, or copyright clearance unless explicitly stated. You are responsible for reviewing and approving all outputs.3.3 Access & Credentials
Clients are responsible for granting correct access to systems (ad accounts, CRMs, domains, etc). Delays caused by missing access are not EMG’s responsibility.3.4 Revisions
Unless otherwise stated, services include reasonable revisions. Major scope changes may incur additional fees.3.5 Data & System Ownership
Unless otherwise agreed:- You own your business data
- EMG owns system architecture, workflows, and automation frameworks
